Elliott Waves Trades ("EWT", "we", "us") runs tradeselliot.vip, the members area, our email briefings and our Discord community. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

We do not buy data about you, do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and do not build advertising profiles.

We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing, and we do not profile you.
We use a small number of trusted providers. Each one only processes your data to provide its service to us, under a data processing agreement.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold, under the same protections as this policy.
Several of our providers are in the United States. When your data leaves the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where available, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for, so the law does not require a consent banner. We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies.

The signup form on the Weekly Focus page is loaded from Kit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the members area and checkout will not work without them.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights. We extend the same rights to everyone, wherever you live.
You can update your name and email and cancel your plan yourself in your account. For anything else, contact us. We answer within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity first. It is free.
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Access to member data is limited to the people who run the service, and our providers are required to protect it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities when the law requires.
Links to other sites, such as Discord or X, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can ask to know, correct or delete their personal information, using the contact details above. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We will update this page when our services or the law change, and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell members by email before it applies.
